Really courteous staff and excellent large hygienic rooms. The hotel has a quaint and cozy feel and you feel warm and welcome from the moment you walk in. The breakfast was commendable and the staff even prepares fresh omelettes and coffee to your liking.

We stayed 2 nights here on our Yerevan trip. Pros: - Really good decor. Very pretty rooms. - Very polite and helpful front desk staff. - Big, comfortable rooms and a nice balcony - Everything is squeaky clean. - Good amenities in the bathroom - There's a pantry room on the 2nd floor where you can make tea and coffee anytime you want. Unlimited drinking water is also available. Cons: - Not many shops nearby and it's located slightly away from everything. There's nothing happening within walking distance. But of course, you can easily get a Yandex and travel anywhere. - Breakfast is very mediocre. - Housekeeping is not up to the mark: after cleaning some of the towels were not replaced. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here. If you're staying here for 1 or 2 nights, I would highly recommend it. Longer than that, it may get boring especially with the breakfast being so average.

We had a two night stay at the hotel.The rooms were spacious but the ac wasn't working..They called up a mechanic at 10 pm though we had informed them about it the same day evening..Still it wasn't tht good but we didnt want to trouble them..The next day morning we got to know that 4 other rooms had the same problem.On the second day after we returned from our trip we found tht they had repaired it again while we were away.The sad part was that they had emptied all the dirt from the ac pipeline to the closet and didn't even bother to flush.Regarding the breakfast it was not a good spread and the main course was repetitive.
