After 10 days of keeping me waiting after I applied for vehicle insurance, they called and told me the price for the CASCO insurance, then 1 hour before our appointment they made excuses to delay the appointment, then called and said “we’re sorry, your application has been rejected”. And for no logical reason. VERY unprofessional.

90% lower price than need to be . no any good word , terrible service , I thought it was Russian company , so would be good , I paid 5 year to them , but now crash happened now , so I paid a millions , and will receive only 200USD , for a real 650USD loos .

For the company of this level - just terrible. Almost no support from abroad. No action in a life-threatening condition. Further no support locally. Promising to call back. No action. Then again promises no action. Just stealing your money literally.
