I wanted to surprise my husband with a weekend getaway that was close enough to the city to take a cab and far enough to feel away. But I was unsure of where to go. The sales rep Sargis right away made a suggestion based on my preferences. He briefed me on the services offered at the hotel and suggested nearby tourist attractions we can also visit. He made the entire process easy, fast and pleasant. And even though I couldnt make a visit during their normal operating hours, they accommodated by offering to keep the office open until I arrived some 20 minutes later! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles. Great service all around and competitive pricing!
