Terrible... I was looking for a land so I contacted this agency through the phone. After listing my wishes they guaranteed they have something at my desired place. I was requested to appear at the office physically (IDK why) to make a visit for the property so I went. I have changed my schedule to make it happen. At the office, it turned out they are going to show me something at a different location convincing me that we speak about the same district.

One of the worst real estate companies in Yerevan. I had the worst experience with them. They are rude. They don't care about your needs , they just need to sell what they have in their hand now., And they keep giving false promises . Absolutely the worst.
