I contacted to USA Embassy in Yerevan for my adoption case. Somebody picked up and answered very quick and rude. She didn’t even provide simple answer to me. When Second time I called again, I told her “I need your help”, I am going to adopt baby from Armenia can you help me and she said “ I am going to transfer correct adoption department for you but nobody answered. Nobody responsible to help me about my case! I am really so upset for very unprofessional and bad customer service. I couldn’t even believe I called to USA Embassy!!!

We had a urgent need for notary while my mother was visiting Armenia for the first time in over 30 years. My mom didn’t know how to get an appointment or who to call. I had to call from the U.S. and I was SO lucky to speak to Anahit from the notary department. She was just amazing, she helped me make a appointment for my mom.
