Good most of the time

You're better off just ordering from the restaurant itself. Delivery takes 1 hour minimum, could go up to 2 - 2:30 hours and the food would be delivered cold, not forgetting that if you contact their support they would just simply tell you that the order was not taken ( Although you get a "Order success" message. )

Extremely non professional delivery management. There are always delays, especially when the orders are not in the city center. It is much better to order directly from the restaurants.

Terrible customer service and the app is unbelievably atrocious.

Worst and Unprofessional service ever!! One of the worst times was today, i ordered at 3:05, at 3:40 i talked and said like its been around half an hour any updates cause i didnt receive a confirmation message, after 10minutes they replied and said no ur order hasnt been half an hour, i said yh i know its 45 now, isnt it late they said no. So i called the place that i ordered from and they said we actually sent it out at 3:35 exactly. I kept calling them no answer. 4:30 they called, after an hour and a half saying it need 20minutes more, i told them i wanna cancel it give me my money back and i know the order has been out for an hour, they disagreed and they didnt give me my money back, and i didnt want the order. Ps: not the first time they’ve done it.
