This is the worst service ever. We ordered a birthday gift to be delivered on 31 July. As of month later it has not been delivered and they don't even want to refund the money saying that you have already bought the item. Stay away from this company.

Again I wait all day, again nobody. I’m calling, the operettor picks up the phone - I explain the situation, on which the girl just hangs up. Trying to call back - to no avail. They just stopped taking the phone. Never in my life will I use the services of this company again and will surely tell all my friends. Disgusting!

It's easier to order in Russia and arrange cargo delivery (price $ 1.5 per kg). For example: 1. On the website a chest of drawers with 6 Malm drawers costs 131'100 AMD, on the IKEA website 6'499 rubles; 3. On the website the combination for storage + container "trufast" costs 73'150 AMD, on the IKEA website 3'795 rubles. By total cost: crossroad website = 666'990 AMD; Ikea online store = 35'284 ₽ The weight of the goods was 151 kg. Shipping = $ 227.5 Taking into account the delivery, "cargo" (received by plane 2 days after paying for the order) paid AMD 373'500 !!!! I sincerely wish the store good luck!
