The main reason to go to this gallery is to see the Statue of David in person and worth every penny. It really is a stunning piece of work from all angles. The gallery as also some other sculptures and some religious art too. One price of advice, definitely book online for tickets as the queues get very long for this and you'll be using for hours.

Visiting David has been a goal for a while and I was stoked to finally see it! There are also a few of Michelangiolo’s earlier sculptures. I didn’t have any tickets reserved but only waited about 10 minutes in the line. 8€ entry.

The place in Florence where tourist is come to see real Renesance in live. Michelangelo is here in private, the David is a top attraction in original . Thea Academia is the place where you must go !
