The service was personal, professional, and patient. Many alternative products were suggested and alot of time was invested by the associates to help us design the perfect fixtures for our new home. I have experienced the services of many shops during this process but Modern and Davit were better than the rest. Grohe products are superior in many different ways and come to find out they actually have Kohler products. In addition I had to make one return/exchange and there was no resistance whatsoever. Great store.

Disaster. These people only care about selling their stuff. They won't warn you if a product has issues or characteristics you should be aware of and they won't accept returns.
