My grandmother flew with LOT Polish Airlines from Los Angeles to Yerevan and her flight was delayed for over 10 hours plus her luggages were lost for over 5 days. She was left with no clothes and many things were stolen from her luggage. Also, the customer service was terrible, no one knew what they were doing.

The worst service ever received in their head office of Armenia. Called to get some flight info, & the customer agent was very rude & unprofessional. LOT Polish airlines should carefulky choose their employees, especially when they are new evolving company, which is competing with other airlines in the region. In other words, this would be my last time using their services...& Sure hope this review would be read by the company management.

Worst service ever. Bought a one way ticket for my return flight. Couldn't bare going through LOT again. Garbage
