Good day to everyone!! I just wanna share my unforgetable experience in armenia. I would say the staff of this hostel was very kind and accommodating specially Ms jossie. Thank u so much.

Im staying with this hostel for about 11 days and rebooked my flight for another 3days. Unfortunately the Host told me to transfer to another hotel because someone booked the room thru booking.com, i told her that i need to stay more days because of my surgery its still painful and swollen its difficult for me to move to a new place, she blame me because i didnt tell her that im going to stay for more 3days,. she said she couldnt cancelled the booking because its 6days. She did it to me before, when i was in the hospital she called me and told me that my room was taken, which is im still booked that room for 3 days. And she move all my things to a family room, i spend 1 night in the hospital because of my surgery. when i went back to the hostel i need to take some rest, While im sleeping because i had a surgery the staff knock my door loudly and asked me to move to another room beacuse someone booked my room. Im actually not happy about what was happening. Pls. dont do this to others. this is not good service, and pls clean the head and the holder of the bidet spray /bidet shower it is dirty and grose.🤢

We make a private tour from this agency ie classy and chossy hostel they agreed but in between they said we can't go ,so we cancel the trip but they charge full money ,it's the worst cheating happen in my life tour, I will suggest to not to book any tour from this agency . Book from another

It's best hostel to stay in Yerevan...cooprative & friendly staff...clean and cozy rooms.....

Very nice place. Friendly staff, good location just outside the centre. Recommended!
