The service is awful in many aspects. They give me a tracking number, but there was no update there for about 2 weeks and the document arrived in 3 weeks. I understand that there is COVID19 crisis in the world, but the other company delivered documents from the same destination in 1 week.

One of the ugliest places in Yerevan. Rude, impolite staff, hysterical middle-aged woman, super- bureaucratic and demagogical mood supported by their super -unwelcoming director. It is second week can not receive my parcel sent from US by urgent express service. I wish this rate to have ZERO stars possibility. One should have nerves from steel to deal with them.
