Friendly atmosphere. Always ready to help. They are the best place to stay in Yerevan!! Why? I forgot behind my spectacles, and they returned them to me in the post. Personalised, and they sent them to me at THEIR expense. A great hotel. I will return there someday, I am sure.

The staff is extremely hospitable - they treat visitors almost like family-, and they were available 0-24 to help. Our room was cosy and immaculate, would recommend this accommodation to anybody. The city center is within walking distance, but the hotel is not too easy to find, that's the only drawback I can say.

Nice vibe with lovely hostess. I stayed a night and always will remember. In the morning the owner brought me a home made coffee :-D

Clean room but Worst service, worse location, worst attitude by the reception staff named Arsen. On the other hand, Estella is a complete opposite of him and will simply take care of your concern with proper hospitality traits.

Hotel is clean. Close to shops Budget Hotel Towel smells like smoke Language barrier BIG problem The old lady in restaurant is very grumpy. 😔😔 She chooses the guest that she only wants to give good service. Breakfast has very limited selection. Only cheese, salami and bread. Over-all Definitely NOT coming back. One of the worst!!!!
