The municipality should ban this parking. The cars enter the foyer of the concert hall, and in no way does anyone remove or penalize these transgressors. At concerts, it is impossible to get in and out of the hall, with cars standing close to each other and obstructing people's free access and entrance. And this is a cultural center, not a parking lot.
