Unhelpful branch, some of the workers are moody.. They don't solve problems because of illogical reasons. Once I applied for international credit card and they rejected my application saying that it's the decision of head of the branch, but in the same day I could do it from another branch of the same bank!!

I don't know what is the problem with them . I applied for master card ( international) and they refused , i asked them (why) , they told me it's head office decision !!!!! . * I'm student here and i have resident card .
