Used to be a good bank. Not anymore. Waiting time is around 40 minutes even for simple matters. Also they are asking you tons of questions even for small transactions.

Terrible service,sullen rude employees and a very slow &complicated process for merely exchanging currency. HSBC Armenia absolutely doesn't match the quality service the mother bank prides itself of.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Complicated process to exchange currency and daily limit of 400 000 amd of exchange.
