Very nice atmosphere, good service, tasty steaks and amazing desserts

С одной стороны, на что я рассчитывала, заказывая Том Ям в Ереване в ресторане под названием "Аляска".. с другой, более чем приличный интерьер расположил и внушил доверие. В целом же, нет, спасибо! Вопрос администрации: куда девается полкило сырого риса, использованного для сервировки?

Horrible service. I waited 30 minutes for a salmon and I was alone in the restaurant. The waiter was rude and kept arguing with me. Staff really need to learn how to deal with customers or do another job. Never going there again!! Stay away from bad waiters.

We ate there tonight, the service started off great and it was a very nice cosy atmosphere. We ordered the flaming Alaskan prawns, octopus and the local t-bone cooked rare. The prawns came out in a spectacular fashion and they had the taste to Match. The octopus tasted like it had come straight from a tin and just warmed up on a grill - it had a strange texture and a slight vinegary taste. The main problem started when the steak didn’t arrive after around 45 mins, we asked our waiter who spoke little English as to it’s where abouts, he said it was coming and disappeared. After another 30 mins we asked again, knowing it takes less than 10mins to cook and rest a rare steak ... even though it was the first thing we ordered. At this point we called it quits and asked for the bill - this is where it turned sour with them insisting we only had just ordered a well done steak and that we were told it would take 30mins. Basically the waiter screwed up and pushed his mistake onto us.
