Based on the reviews and also because it was just across my hotel I went there to have my lunch. The receptionist had no interest on what I was asking. You go to a good restaurant for the experience not only to feed yourself. Receptionist is a first person who impact your experience. I decided to leave the restaurant and go to the next one Tavern which staff are more professional and friendly

You want to clarify something, but no one picks up the phone very funny✔️ This means that there is no service at all.

The food is fine. The waitresses are fine. I paid with a card. Then, needing taxi fare I asked for them to break a bill and give me change. The bartender/manager refused! What if I would've paid the bill with cash? They would've refused me change? This is ridiculous and they need to learn how to operate a business!

It is kind of a show restaurant with an atmosphere that is breathtaking. Every 15 minutes there is a Georgian dance with traditional music. The food is delicious and the menu is gigantic. The staff speaks poor English and seems to be a bit bored, though. They could be more friendly. Nevertheless, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
