They made all our arrangements in Armenia, and set us up with an outstanding guide and driver, with everything in English. They treated us like family - providing us with the best accommodations and sight-seeing tailored to our desires. Would definitely use them again on an Armenian visit.

Pull out beds are not the same as a mattress. I told lorig that I wanted a normal mattress that I would pay extra for a second room. I get to Armenia and it's a damn pull out. Even though I paid the same rate as everyone else. I don't see why I should sleep on a pull out when everyone else is sleeping on mattress.
