Very nice

Everything is fine except hot water. There's a problem with her. The pressure is very low and the temperature goes from hot to cold. Every morning there was an attraction, than you will wash. Great location, decent rooms. Not perfect, but pretty good.

I had an unpleasant incident with hotel employees, when I lost my room key. However, the next day when I arrived, the owner was waiting for me (he has two more hotels and he did not know what time I would arrive), to apologize for what happened, as he had learned of the incident but not from his employees who did not they had been told. He offered to return the amount of the key (which I declined) and invited me to eat and a bottle of wine (which I did not accept either). exactly what happened he contacted an interpreter to whom I told everything that happened. It is fair to recognize when something is wrong but also when you try to solve problems by showing your face. It only remains to know if your employees will reciprocate your effort. Two thumbs up and ole to him.
