Very nice and helpful staff. Good view of the city from the roof. Some rooms don't have air conditioner.

I’ll give 5star for an excellent job for the staffs and facilities. I was a solo traveler and they treated me like a family, I was very happy and satisfied with the service even though they couldnt understand english that well but they were still ready to help! Trust me this is Best hotel in Yerevan. If you are a solo traveler like me and want to stay to a nice and safe place then I recommend this hotel for you! Thank you so much for the warm service! Thank you staffs especially to Isabel she’s willing to help all the time and to Narine— youre such an amazing person! Cheers!

I stayed there for a week. It's a worst hotel, I WL strongly not recommend this to anyone. No basic facilities, no water in room, no glasses. Only narine is good n friendly. But othr lady (isabell) is very rude n arrogant. If v ask for glass said go n buy... No AC in room hot weather. Same breakfast every day n only 2-3 dishes. I vl never recommend this. this is not ahotel it is like a lodge. ,1 star hotel is better than this
