Trap, realy unfriendly crew, then lie to me, rent me a room if jacuzzi and jacuzzi broked, i try to get my rights, the employer there ofend me, them pass to other room complely dirt, no hot water to the tub, result, i leaved if 2 more nights paid, just hope u dont fall in this trap.... Was a nightmare

I won't recommand this hotel to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. You can't even call it a hotel.

Good hotel and compared to its 3 star ranking, it was beneficial. The management was iranian guy and one of the staff was iranian too. But the rest of staff neither speak farsi nor english. It was not very clean and bad smell bothered us. Breakfast was not self service and mostly iranian students seeking US visa, go there. Good location and fair price.

Its really nice hotel in armenia, we enjoy the stay there, good rooms and facilities as well, the manager is very good and friendly, he give us the best tour in amenia. hope to see you again MANAGER , more power and Godbless.. From: ABOOD in UAE and friends :)
