First impression counts is Zero very dry personality 👎 Courteous None existent 👎 They are rude 👎 They are actually convinced we the customers should greet them while we are paying them This amazes me 👎 This is the third time I use them I thought I should Give them a last chance so I asked the lady at the counter to take extra care as I wasn’t happy last 2 times due to shrinkage of my clothing although she acknowledged it, same thing happened again totally ruining my clothes by shrinkage 👎 To top it up I asked them to dry clean a jacked I purchased for around $400 what do they do they throw in a tumbler and totally ruin it 👎 They are rip offs taking advantage of foreigners 👎 2 other families from our hotel had the same exact patter problems 👎.

Besides the regular laundry I used their couch and carpet cleaning services! I'm very content with the quality of service. Good prices, understanding staff, timely service. Recommended.

Bad service quality for expensive goods. If you want to save your clothes , don’t come here. They spoiled my jeans, and didn’t accept their guilty.
