I ate at Tashir Pizza in Stepanakert like 5 times and it was great. 5 stars. I ask for pasta, waiter said minimum of 40 minutes wait! That is unacceptable in the restaurant business. I order hamburger and fries and an additional order of fries. I had to remind wait staff three times before I got my additional fries. I had finished my meal and had to wait an extra 15 minutes. I could have ordered the pasta. The hamburger was bland nothing special. I probably will not try to eat here again!
