I had a facial service with them ( black heads and pimple removal ) but I am not satisfied with their service and it is also quite expensive. Not worth my money. 1. The staff who did my service may have expertise in what she was doing but she was not very gentle. 2. A very rough sponge was used to rub my face. Everytime she would rinse my face or remove the cream and mask on my face, she would use that. Thus, leaving my skin painful and irritated 3. The laser device she used was stinging (In my years of having facial services from dermatologists and salons, it was my first time to experience this) 4. After extracting few of my pimples, she once again used the rough sponge which should not be the case since the areas where pimples were extracted were already an open wound. She should have used a soft cloth instead. 5. Thus, after leaving their salon my face was red and painful due to irritation from their very rough sponge. NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE😔
