Just bring your passport, and take a number. (ARM, RUSSIAN, ENG spoken). They will quickly get the inside of your nose swabbed and have a test result ready/emailed in 7-9 hours.

They make mistakes. My Tsh Was checked in Germany for 7,5, but before I had made, unfortunately, test in Prom test, and they send me results for 75, whoch is not appropriate, this is result for the “dead body”! so I had to pay 100 euro more, to go to the doctor, to make it in Germany.
