Decent optician, bad service, not helpful staff

The note next to the items we bought showed that they were on sale, but the employee took the full price, saying there was no discount. However, we later noticed on the receipt that there was indeed a discount and the employee had apparently put the difference in her own pocket. The paper next to the products stated that they were discounted, but the saleswoman said there was no discount and took the full price. But then we noticed that the products on the check were still discounted and the saleswoman had pocketed the difference.
