This is by far the best tour that we have ever had. We are more than satisfied with the service. All in all, we love everything about the tour and would highly recommend it to everyone.

In May, 2016 I booked two tours with Viator. Central Tours are the on-site handling company. They could not have done a worse job. They denied being vita's representative and denied receiving any booking, telling me the 'request' had only come in a couple of days before. This is patent nonsense according to Viator. Nivaud, the person who claims to run this company is rude and highly unprofessional. In fact, she lets down the country with her attitude. She cancelled the tour to Lake Sevan without informing me, though she had my mail address. Cancellation notices came through Viator. Similarly, she cancelled the tour to Hripsime and Echmiasin because she had decided to conducted it three days later. In the end she fobbed me off onto a third party and I had to pay again. What Viator think of how she has handled the matter is represented by a $50 voucher. They must be paying out a lot if they have to work with Central Tours. I suggest you wait until you get here and book with one of the many companies, just not this dreadful lot. Interestingly, Viator has dramatically increased its tour offering for Armenia. All of them will go through Central Tour. Be warned.
