On 06/10/2020 which is today they handle me letter from UKBA with missed items( Passport) and they blame TLS Yerevan coleague named Karine!! But this is their responsibility to handle the letter in appropriate way. There is no stamps on letter and it was opened!!! My name and details was written Armenian on top of the letter This is CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!! DHL Criminal staff’s names are today Susanna shahbazyan INNA Broyan
