Great mini-hotel! Clean rooms. Friendly and attentive to all the needs of the living owner - Gregory. Hot water around the clock. Dishes, kettle, clean towels provided without problems. Outside there is a swimming pool with clean water and barbecue facilities. On the ground floor minus excellent sauna for very reasonable money. There is a ping pong table. Balconies on all three floors. From the top view of the city and Ararat. In principle, we were satisfied. Lived in the fourth five days.

Resting with his wife in mid-July. The impressions are very good, I especially liked the fact that despite the location in the city center, the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. The pool and a cozy table under a walnut tree saved the 40-degree heat. Special thanks to the host for hospitality, helpfulness and icy spring water. We highly recommend it to everyone!
