I would like to share my experience. I stay in Castle Family Hotel and I did not find any black point, the rooms was luxury, very big clean and nice design compare to other hotels. I like the prices .. from window opening very nice view. There is sauna pool.. The reception was very kind and ready to help any time.. breakfast was very tasty.. Thanks..

Nice hotel to stay. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. rooms are very big and i think they are bigger than your expectations. they cleaned the rooms every day and their service was nice. the negative point was breakfast. the variety of food was limited and every day was the same. the receptionist was very kind and helped us to take taxi to visit different places in Yerevan.

Very strange we got a room with a large balcony and no bathroom. The way out of the situation was suggested by the staff - they gave us the keys to the next room :) Breakfast in C grade with a minus.
