All the staff were very, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, breakfast was tasty. The view from the back veranda was great looking over the city and the canyon. It was a restful and refreshing time, we would certainly recommend Ossanna Hotel as a place to stay.

We stayed here while our motorcycle was being repaired and found the hotel very nice. It is a small hotel with an outdoor swimming pool (which we used on a daily basis), fantastic views at the back, very clean and very friendly & personalised service. The location also suited us, as it is on the edge of the city with easy access to the centre. During our extended stay in Yerevan, I looked at many hotels and stayed in two others, but this was by far our favourite.

A good hotel and staff, it’s just not clear when you call them there are no seats, and after 5 minutes we booked a reservation at the booking ... There were responsive everyone. Well cleaned, obviously trying, expensive bar, more expensive than in 5-star Yerevan hotels) but in general we liked everything well, for the price everything is fine

Great hotel! 5+! Clean and nice! Good swimming pool. Very helpful staff, the owners of the hotel Avo and Maryam accept every guest as a family member, Maryam makes a terrific breakfast! Arthur, the hotel administrator, will make delicious coffee, always ready to help and advise on any matter. Positive and warm impressions!
