Very clean and family run hostel with an amazing garden. I spent endless precious time in a hammock with my book. Breakfasts are the highlights!

A very convenient and very affordable guesthouse when staying in Yerevan. 10min away from the subway station leading to republic square. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, with shared bathrooms. Breakfast prepared by Emma is delicious and can be enjoyed on the beautiful balcony overlooking apricot trees and a river. Totally recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at Balcony. All the amenities are present. The place is very clean and calm. Washing machine was free to use. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Balcony Hostel is super chill , clean and homey hostel that is very suitable for our customers. The hostel is run by a very informative hiking instructor Stephan and his mother Emma who prepares the best breakfasts ever!

wonderful tranquil guesthouse that makes a home away from home. super comfortable and cozy. emma and stepan make you feel so welcome in yerevan. wonderful choice of breakfast every day, the view from the balcony towards the mountains gives you the right perspective, overlooking the family's lush garden and the gorge, you hear the river. easy connection to city centre (3 stops metro), nice neighbourhood. supermarkets and ATM close by. the owners make sure you have everything you need and are very helpful. highly recommended!
