I had the worst experience at Zara Man in Yerevan Mall. Manager of this place her name is ‘’Hasmik’’ super rude. I bought pair of pants and shirt. Came back few days later to exchange it because the pants were not my size and she didn’t want to help me and she was really rude. I was surprised because Zara always have a good customer service.
