Run by a cute couple, Anush and Martin. Rooms are spacious, some heating problems but that could just be me not knowing how to operate a heater... Anush will cook for you in the morning, which is the real treat! Her cooking is great and some of the food she serves were grown by she herself! Her hubby Martin is also great, he drove us to and from the tourist spots of Armenia. My family and I had a great time with them overall.
