Poor communication and neglected attitude to patients. My wife after childbirth was unable to move due to anesthesia. After calling nurse she usually had to wait up to 20 minutes, some times nurse even didn't come. Once doctors and nurses were joking really loud thus waking up patient. The administration staff are useless. They can't handle simple insurance request. I do not recommend this MC.

Nobody answers the phone when called, and when they do, it's clearly noticeable that they hang up the phone just right after answering it.
