Everything in this guesthouse is pretty good! Clean room, friendly personals who will help you with everything you probably need and cozy place with great atmosphere! But the only problem that we experienced was with the bathrooms. The air conditioning system didn't work fine!

Very nice and central hotel. The staff are very kind and helpfull. The rooms are in perfect condition and clean. The hotel is also near by a metro station but they also provide a transfer service.

Lack of information on arrival. Basically have to figure out things as you go. On arrival toilet seat was broken, drain blocked and the extraction fan that was not working. One of the benches outsidewas broken without any signage and i nearly fell off when i sat down. Rooms and living space are nice but bathroom facility for my room was poor. The shower is approximately 40cm from the toilet seat and sink so wasn't exactly a comfortable experience. Hospitality itaelf is nice and inthink they mean well but there are lots of areas that can use improvement. To their credit after my complaint they did is get the seat and drain fixed probably (day 3), just a shame as these things should be checked prior handing to a new customer. Place has potential but for the price they charged I'll try my luck elsewhere.
