Absolutely the worst disorganized place with bunch of unprofessionals. Starting from the "que controlling guard" ending with the people accepting the docs. An impression of a que is even more worsened by a joke of "invited at 3:15" ... really? well I am waiting an hour already.

Idea is good. So if you want to go Greece, Lithuania, Spain or Croatia you can get your visas from this center. Service was not fast but everything else is okay.
