I have not encountered such bad service in any field for a long time. I thought we had progress in the service sector, but when I came across the Araks pastry chain, I changed my mind. It is bad that you order a cake for a good occasion, facing poor service, unheard of obstacles. When, according to the agreement, you have to go and get the cake from the store, it turns out that the lock of the store does not work, about which you are not informed in advance, as they do not have a delivery service to deliver the cake. When the late cake finally reaches you, you expect that your mood will rise when you see the long-awaited cake, but the opposite happens, you are disappointed with the look.

I don't like it when I meet such a crowd in the service sector, because in this country, one day, they will finally understand the meaning of the words customer and service.
We ordered a cake for the baby's birthday, they made something wrong (although it was much easier than we wanted, we described it for half an hour, drew for them, checked several times to see if they understood correctly). They started to blame one another and instead of swiftly resolving, they gave us what we wanted, offered us a "stupid place" to cut the cake in half so they could get the look we wanted (and not to say it would be for 8 people, let 4 If not, we will share with each other and eat together).
"It's not my fault, it's his fault," "You ordered a Gay factory," "Well, that's how good it would be" (halving the cake) and things like that.
First you have to understand that the cake is ordered on a good occasion and if you make a mistake you spoil the good occasion of the people, and if you can't make an elementary order, it doesn't come out of the way.
I am not one of those people who will just give the money, hang on my head because in this country they will eventually have to understand that they need to pay for proper care.
I do not like when in customer service I come up with such an awful case. Because in this country people must at last understand what the words "customer" and "service" mean.
We ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, they didn't prepare the design we wanted (though it was a very simple thing, we painted the design, explained it thoroughly, and asked several times whether they understood what we wanted). The employees started blaming each other and instead of giving us a quick solution we started suggesting that we design the cake we want by making the cake twice smaller so the 8 persons cake would become 4 persons.
"It's not my fault, it's her fault", "You have to come to the factory to order", "OK, it'll be fine too (cutting it in two halves)" and things like that were their answers.
First of all you have to understand that people order cakes for happy occasions and your mistake can spoil a good day, and if you can't work properly the suggestions you made will not correct the situation. I am not the person who will just pay and go away because people must understand that for the paid money they MUST give a proper service.
