I visited this branch just to renew my expired MasterCard. There were around 6 service windows and only two of them were servicing customers, so it took me half an hour of waiting to be served. Then it took around 15 minutes just to apply for renewal. They said after three working days I will get sms to approach and get my card. It is already 15 days I am waiting and nothing. My strong recommendation is to avoid any deals with Evocabank unless you have plenty of time to waste.
