In fairness I parted ways with this bank already in the spring of 2019 but I feel obliged to leave a review because this was the worst experience I had in a bank anywhere in the world (I used banks in more than twenty countries on 3 continents in the past twenty years). The staff at the Amiryan Branch in Yerevan are completely unprofessional. They asked me questions that were entirely out of their juristriction or what any banker would ever ask (totally unrelated to professional banking. I had to pinch myself because I felt I was dreaming. Is this even possible in the 21st century?! Who knows what they studied at University. Surreal!

Byblos Bank Amiryan branch is very professional and customer oriented. Special thanks to Felix and Ruben for their ability to listen and providing solutions for all cases.

My sister and nephew went to this branch for some inquiries and they were treated very badly by the stupid bank manager. Avoid doing business with this bank.
