When I decided getting services from this bank 8 months ago they had great service and professionalism, and it’s still one of the best banks we’ve worked with in Armenia. What I didn’t like about it is recently we had some customer service agents who weren’t as knowledgeable about the bank policies as the ones we worked with before.

Good bank, excellent security features in on line banking, a bit slow but you can always use “earlyone”app to save time before going to branch.

I went to the bank about three months ago to open a bank account but they refused. It is very unfortunate that there are banks that allow you to open bank accounts while this bank does not allow you to open a bank account even if your income exceeds $ 100,000
