Was there cue times. Was waiting more then 30 minutes. Last time was not able to get my unistream transfer. They said that I must present my foreign passport. However, when making unistream transfer I did use my local russian passport. Seems like they do not know what they are doing. Will move my salary to another bank to avoid future difficulties.

Positive sides: the phone assistance is just great. Negative: at the rush hour (from 13:00 to 14:00) the is a huge queue inside the bank, you might wait up to 30 minutes to get to the desk.

1 hour 45 minutes in line to find out that the bank's payment systems are not functioning. Worst bank I have ever been to.
