The 2 stars I gave are only for the sake of the woman I worked with, for her being polite and nice and not super rude like one would expect. Other than that the branch has 5 customer support agents yet each customer takes at least 30 minutes to finish their transactions. There were 3 people in front of me and I still had to wait for 30 min. before my number showed up on the screen. I’m glad I’m not a customer.

If you ask to block your card for some reason, then ask to unblock, you have to pay AMD 1900. Other banks are doing that for free.

Worst service ever! I mean no service at all. Incompetent front office staff not only doesn't know how to proceed basic bank transactions, but also sucks at communication, client case handling and queue organization!
