Literally the worst and incompetent bank in Armenia. Only 3 out of 7 windows are working in this branch, while 1 out of the 3 does not serve the customers, the other 2 are mumbling and do everything except their job. The queue is growing, but no one cares.

Awful service. Endless queue. Waiting for 2.5 hours for account history reference. Nervous breakdowns of clients. And against this background, the melancholic customer service manager....
