Excellent bank. Some of the staff don't speak English well but they are always patient and if they don't understand your request they call an English speaker from the friendly staff.
I especially like their online bank services (In English and very easy to use).

The worst bank in Armenia. I advise you to stay away from this bank. In order to renew the card of a 93-year-old pensioner, bedridden grandmother, the grandmother herself is required to appear. Unlike other Armenian banks, they do not have any flexible options. And now the grandmother's pension remains in the bank.

Very poor service - the form of dealing with customers, the scoreboard does not highlight the real order of customers, they do not clearly pronounce the numbers on the microphone - the feeling is the main goal to get rid of the client - how long he will sit there due to the faulty operation of the wall scoreboard and poor organization of work, it does not matter, and still inspire what everything is in order with them - and the scoreboard shows and you are to blame that you don’t think so. Without conscience ....

Convenient ATM in the center of Yerevan. You can carry out transactions with cards of other Russian banks that are not represented in Armenia.
Convenient interface. Operations are presented in three languages: Armenian, English and Russian.
